Coal Trading Document Officer

Overview：

End-to-end operational execution of Indonesia coal trades—order to settlement—covering logistics coordination, document processing, supplier and port liaison, data reporting and trilingual (Indo/Eng/CN) cross-border communication. Approximately 3 years of commodity operations experience required.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for full-process follow-up of Indonesian local coal trading business, including order confirmation, shipment arrangement, stock monitoring and delivery tracking.

2. Responsible for drafting, sorting, checking and filing of trading documents: contracts, confirmation letter, shipping documents, delivery notes, quality and quantity documents etc.

3. Track port schedule and vessel loading progress, update shipment status daily and report all updates and risks to management in a timely manner.
