• Contact U.S. business owners using provided leads and phone numbers.
• Make approximately 5,080 outbound calls during a 23 hour evening shift.
• Explain digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, lead generation) clearly and professionally.
• Ask qualifying questions to assess marketing needs and identify decision‑makers.
• Book meetings/appointments with interested business owners for the agency team.
• Record calls using the provided dialer and log activity in the CRM/lead management tool.
• Follow up on leads and manage lead status in the CRM.
