Job description:
- Conduct periodic reviews of collection performance to assess cost-effectiveness of collection activities.
- Analyse collection performance and propose relevant initiatives to improve results.
- Identify collection-related issues in systems or operations and provide solutions to address them.
- Initiate the development and updates of internal policies for the Collection & AR Division to ensure all agent operations and collection activities are properly documented.
- Prepare required data and documentation to support Collection & AR Division projects.
Job requirement:
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Minimal 3 (Three) years relevant experience in Banking or Financial Industry
- Understands banking industry regulations and business processes.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting and banking policy
- Proficient in Excel & SQL
