Position Overview

MCI is a leading tech‑enabled business services company. The Collections Data Scientist will work with internal teams to develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions, enhancing business processes across the organization.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop technology‑enabled recommendations to address gaps within a single business process.
• Proactively identify potential impact on business strategy and recommend solutions as necessary.
• Document existing processes, organizational structures, architectures and external systems.
• Consult on appropriate tools to prepare deliverables; participate in the development of tools and methodologies and adapt them to the organization environment.
• Manage peer‑to‑peer relationships with colleagues, vendors and external contractors, including offshore functions.
