- Supports team manager and performs management duties when the manager is absent or out of office.
- Coaches and leads the team to deliver outstanding client service and exceed targeted goals.
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
- Assists in the development and execution of office‑level growth plans.
- Makes outbound calls on delinquent accounts.
- Receives inbound calls.
- Arranges suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due.
