DESCRIPTION
Supports team manager and performs management duties when the manager is absent or out of office.
Coaches and leads the team to deliver outstanding client service and exceed targeted goals.
Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
Assists in the development and execution of office‐level growth plans.
Makes outbound calls on delinquent accounts.
Receives inbound calls.
Arranges suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due.
Identifies accounts that require management review.
Provides outstanding customer service.
Identifies customers that require field visits and forwards those to the appropriate personnel for review or action.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years experience in collections or related field.
Bilingual English/Spanish (required).
Excellent customer service skills.
