- Ensure timely collection of payments.
- Develop strategies to improve collection rates.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Maintain relationships with clients to facilitate collections.
Requirements
- College Graduate, Undergrad 2nd year completed.
- 2+ years experience as Team Lead.
- Must have Collections experience.
- Not a job hopper.
- Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro.
