Job Description
The Colombia Head of Corporate FX Sales leads a diverse team of six Salespeople and co‑manages product experts in Digital and Regional FX Sales. A good understanding of the industry, direct competitors’ products and services, is also necessary to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. Requires thorough understanding of the strategic direction of the function within the relevant part of the business, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and the area of expertise and related subject areas. Excellent communication skills are required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication/negotiation may be necessary. Responsible for executing the functional strategy in the area managed. Determines the approach to implementing the functional strategy.
