- Perform color matching processes to meet product specifications
- Record and maintain color matching history, including usage reports
- Conduct product trials at laboratory scale
- Support the implementation of 5R in the production area
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail, especially in color accuracy and consistency
- Basic understanding of laboratory testing and procedures
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to be placed in a production environment
