Summary You will serve as a COMBINED TRADES SUPV I in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will plan, assign, coordinate and guide the Training Leaders in the Shipfitting, Sheet Metal, and Welding trades. You will coordinate all required training with Shop Superintendents, Project Planning Manager and other shop supervisory levels. You will develop training plan surveys for training budget purposes. You will support the assignment of instructors, training materials, funds and statistical program data. You will implement training courses and programs. You will review and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. You will supervise the work of the training leaders and staff.
