Job Summary Reviews applications, inspections, and requests for cancellation, reinstatements, and endorsements for Commercial Auto policies to determine eligibility within Company guidelines.

Communicate with external brokers for underwriting follow up and education.

Duties and responsibilities Review new business submissions and key risk factors for Commercial Auto, such as driver history, vehicle usage, and operational exposures, to determine acceptability and pricing Respond to requests for cancellations, reinstatements, endorsements, inspections, and renewals Maintain courteous and professional communication with external brokers to obtain additional information, respond to escalated requests, and provide accurate information about the company’s risk selection and pricing guidelines Assist in developing programs, coverages, rates, and forms Research risk and accurately record information into policy administration systems Other tasks and projects may be...
