Commercial Back Office Support (F/M/X)

Responsibilities

• Commercial Proposals
• Preparation of Business Case support to offers.
• Preparation of offers for the customer.
• Preparation of analysis and documentation to support the commercial action (Risk Analysis, Export Control, etc.)
• Support to the Commercial Team in the bid approval process (Gates, Reports, Executive Summary, Analysis, Customer Info).
• Preparation and Maintenance of the Data Support to the BCs (costs, averages, catalogues, etc.).
• Additional Documentation and Paperwork.
• BackOffice Reporting Task
• Development of KPIs & Reports of the commercial process.
• Budget & BP Integration.
• Support Activities – Commercial Team, CAM & Project Managers Support.
