Looking for Min 12 years of overall experience into Commercial contracting, technical lawyer, Technology contract experience, high value contracts gradually moved to leadership role at least from last 5 years into team management leadership role. He/ She will be working as an escalation POC, should people focus, mentoring and develop people, nego with lawyers across the globe. International exposure, drafting, reviewing, complex negotiations skills.
