Expeditors is seeking a motivated and well-qualified attorney with three (3) to five (5) years of experience practicing law in a law firm or the corporate legal department of a global corporation to support the Real Estate and Global Sourcing practice group. The Commercial Contracts Attorney will assist with complex legal matters, advising Expeditors’ internal clients on legal implications and risk exposures involved in real estate and procurement-related matters across multiple geographies.
As a Commercial Contracts Attorney, you will support the global Legal Department in representing the company’s best interests in interactions with landlords, vendors, and service providers. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for advising internal clients on best practices, risk mitigation strategies, and corporate requirements, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements.
