Commercial Contracts Manager - Building Projects

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Contract Management, Contract Administration, and Claims Management within main contracting companies.

Experience - 18+ years

Qualification - BTech/ BE Civil.

Roles & Responsibilities.

To control, monitor and administer the contractual and commercial requirements and obligations of the project or provide input, support and advice to the other departments involved in the project with the objective of minimizing financial cost, maximizing financial recovery and limiting contractual and commercial exposure to dispute.
