**Position Description:**
**Job Summary:** The Commercial Development Representative will play a pivotal role in commercial opportunity origination, lead generation, and development of large-scale natural gas projects, including power generation, renewable natural gas (RNG), and pipeline infrastructure expansions. This position combines strategic market development, commercial structuring, and economic evaluation to advance capital projects aligned with corporate growth objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying and advancing greenfield opportunities, proactively developing and sourcing new business leads, developing and managing commercial prospects, negotiating long-term contracts and tariffs, and performing financial modeling (NPV, IRR) to support investment decisions.
