Commercial Director - Multi-Asset Entertainment Group

The Commercial Director is responsible for leading the organisation's commercial direction and driving revenue growth across all Entertainment business assets (Amusement Parks, Cinemas, Concert Arenas etc). The role oversees commercial strategy execution, sales leadership, partnerships with tour operators, sponsorships, and commercial negotiations to ensure the business achieves sustainable commercial performance.

Develop and execute the commercial strategy across assigned assets and markets. Lead sales operations including B2B, corporate, trade, and partnership sales. Drive consistent execution of sales plans, KPIs, and performance management rhythms. Establish commercial governance, dashboards, and structured pipeline management practices.
