JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the development of cost estimates by translating technical specifications and drawings into competitive and commercially sound pricing.
- Build and validate detailed estimates across labour, materials, and subcontractors to support winning project strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Project and Procurement teams to challenge assumptions and optimise cost positions.
- Contribute to pricing of variation works and gain hands‑on exposure to real commercial negotiations and decision‑making.
