Position: Commercial Executive
Location: Johannesburg or East London
Requirements
- Grade 12.
- A degree in Commerce, Business Management, or Marketing (MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus).
- At least 10 years’ commercial leadership experience, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success in growing revenue, leading teams, and managing key accounts.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Solid understanding of brand development, consumer behaviour, and market trends.
- A hands-on leader who combines strategic thinking with the ability to execute and deliver.
- Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and collaborative in approach
- Valid drivers license.
- Candidate can be based in either Johannesburg or East London.
