POSITION SUMMARY

The Commercial Executive supports the commercial leasing team by generating leads, qualifying corporate tenants, scheduling meetings, and assisting in property presentations.

The role focuses on lead generation, appointment setting, and coordination, while the Principal Broker or Senior Team handles negotiations and closing.

This is a sales support and lead generation role for commercial properties such as offices, warehouses, retail spaces, and commercial buildings.

• Research and identify potential corporate tenants
• Call or message prospects to introduce available properties
• Generate new tenant inquiries and leads
