About the job: Commercial Finance Manager Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 7 to 10 years of FP&A or business partnering experience Data-savvy, strong SAP knowledge with a minimum of 3 years practical experience Business partnering skills, influencing, learning agility, transparency, and ethical conduct Fluent in English due to international exposure Responsibilities: Business partnering: Manage reporting and approval processes for commercial projects and monthly reports Support the creation of business opportunities using business cases to support Profit Plans and annual targets Maintain effective cross-functional relationships between Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service Conduct project pricing analysis, including profitability, benchmarking, cost savings, and competitive assessments Perform quarterly and annual analysis comparing accounts' P&L against pricing conditions and market trends to evaluate profitability impa...
