You will be responsible for driving the organizational and cultural transformation required to effectively lead first‑line Sales Managers & Account Managers, while strengthening sales operational capabilities. This role serves as a model for boundaryless collaboration and is accountable for achieving sales objectives within the assigned geography.

Job Description Role & Responsibilities

• Manage both direct and indirect sales of the organization’s products and services, owning the Go To Market (GTM) strategy.
• Lead sales execution to deliver the Operating Plan and optimize sales and support partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Services team to execute the overall services growth strategy and sustainable, profitable services revenue growth in the country.
