Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for a Commercial Leasing Executive / Senior Executive (up to Assistant Managerlevel) to join our Leasing team.
 

Responsibilities: 
Interfacing with third party agents and attending to call in enquiries
Working with other stakeholders within Lendlease
Building strong relationships with corporate and MNC clients, MNC and being 
aware of their expansion plans and brand portfolio in Singapore.
Being aware of general commercial real estate market trends.
Managing monthly leasing reports and tenants' performance reports.
Working with Leasing Director to ensure that lease administration matters are in order.
