Job Description
Commercial Legal Counsel | London | Hybrid - 4 days in Office
We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a commercial lawyer (4+ PQE) to join a fast‑growing international technology and consumer‑facing business operating across multiple jurisdictions.
This role sits within a highly regarded in‑house legal team and offers broad exposure across commercial contracting, strategic projects and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
- Advising on technology, software licensing and SaaS arrangements
- Supporting marketing, sponsorship, partnership and supplier contracts
- Advising on data privacy and commercial regulatory matters
- Supporting corporate projects, including M&A due diligence and transaction support
- Working closely with stakeholders across technology, procurement, compliance and commercial teams
