Commercial Lines Account Assistant, Mid-Market

**About The Role**

We’re looking for an experienced Account Assistant to support the account management workflow. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong administrative support experience and proficiency in EPIC broker management system.

This position includes working on a book of business in a supportive team and management environment in which knowledge is shared and development encouraged!

**What You’ll Do**

+ Executing insurance certificates, auto liability slips, binders, statements of values, proposals, and processing of client documents (endorsements and policies) within timelines aligned with established service standards
+ Maintaining an effective abeyance system aligned with established service standards
+ Setting up clients and prospects into brokerage management system Epic and Certificate Exchange
