COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Steffens Insurance Group is a family-owned independent agency in Waterford. We're hiring the one person who makes everything else possible a Commercial Lines Account Manager who can take a real book and own it.
Not service it. Take ownership of the accounts.
THE WORK
You take the renewals from start to finish. Pulling expiration reports, running the carrier conversations, preparing submissions, and delivering the finished package to the client without a principal reviewing it first.
When a client calls with a coverage question, you answer it.
The book carries real complexity. Contractors, manufacturers, retail, and professional services. You manage all of it.
