Offering 2 days WFH, this role will suit a highly experienced Senior Associate who is seeking to work across a renowned partner in one of the fastest-growing areas in Australian litigation, Wills & Estates, on high value, complex matters.

Role
You will play a key role in running complex equity, estates and succession law matters, with direct client responsibility and meaningful involvement across both advisory, trustee and contentious work.

This role will suit a confident and commercially minded commercial litigation lawyer who enjoys taking ownership of matters and working closely with senior practitioners.

Strong experience in trusts and estates litigation is ideal but not essential.
