Job Description

SUMMARY: To assist in all phases of the Commercial Loan Department, to include support for all Commercial Lenders, Special Accounts Manager, Portfolio Managers and branches. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and input commercial loan documents to include commercial C&I loans, commercial real estate, construction loans, ABC lines of credits, standby letters of credits, modifications and renewals to represent the structure of the approval.

Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance of bank policies in order to meet all lien perfection requirements, policy requirements, financial and non financial conditions and any regulatory requirements pertaining to the loan.

Review all outside supporting documentation including but not limited to Articles of Incorporation, By Laws, Trust Agreements, Operating Agreements, Searches, Appraisals, Insurance Policies and Flood Certifications to ensure compliance with loan approval.<...
