Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 ($4,230.76 - $5,384.61 bi-weekly)
Incentive Compensation: Eligible for commission/incentive compensation based on commercial loan production and plan terms.
Total compensation will vary based on individual performance, loan volume, and business results.
