Commercial Logistics Administrator

Our client in the Stellenbosch area is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Logistics Administrator with experience in the fruit export environment.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12


2. Diploma/Degree in freight, logistics or similar advantageous


3. Minimum of 3 years' solid experience in and understanding of fruit exports


4. Excel and Produce Linc


5. Attention to detail imperative and excellent prioritizing and problem solving skills


6. Strong administration and communication skills


7. Availability over weekends is essential

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all necessary export documentation are processed and received from and sent to the relevant parties ie pack houses, receivers, freight forwarders, etc


• Daily communication and monitoring of the documentation process
