Job Description
**Main objectives**:
- Maximise commercial performance while managing business/project risk (pre and post-contract)
- Commercialisation of service offerings to support business growth and strategy
- Ensure compliance with relevant commercial/contracting policies
- Resolution of disputes/claims and cash collection issuesEmbedding effective commercial governance and assurance across the Projects / Portfolio of Projects
**Main tasks**:
- Champion and follow the relevant DOA and commercial / contracting policies
- Compliance with Woods commercial policies, processes, and procedures (tender governance, financial instruments, contracting policy, etc.)
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of project commercial handover/plans including commercial strategy, subcontracting commercial strategy, and profit improvement plans
- Regular project cost analysis/reviews to maximize recoverable costs, minimize disallowable costs, and ensures adequate cost accruals and ...
