+ Commercial interior painting
+ Exterior surface coating
+ Surface prep work
+ Sanding and scraping
+ Caulking and sealing
+ Brush and roller use
+ Spray equipment operation
+ Masking and protection
+ Lift and scaffold work
+ Jobsite cleanup

**Requirements Section:**

+ 5+ years experience
+ Background check
+ Drug screen
