ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

As Commercial Policy Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company’s commercial policy agenda and ensuring effective management of trade investments, promotions, and discount strategies across channels.

You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate key stakeholders, and support the development of long-term commercial strategies. Your role will focus on optimizing commercial investments, improving business performance, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for Sales and Marketing teams.

YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF:

Leading commercial policy projects and delivering key objectives;

Managing annual Trade Investment Strategy review (Discount Matrix, value drivers, channel investments);

Coordinating cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders;

Supporting RGM and trade investment optimization;
