Commercial Policy & Strategy Manager

In this role, you will own and maintain the Integrated Product Access strategy across the product lifecycle, ensuring clear payer‑relevant differentiation and evidence plans that enable timely reimbursement and sustainable access across key geographies. You will work in a highly matrixed environment, partnering across functions to embed access insights into product strategy, clinical development, and commercialization decisions.

Location: São Paulo, Brazil – no relocation support available.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the Integrated Product Access strategy throughout the product lifecycle, clearly articulating payer‑relevant product strategy and differentiation (e.g., target population, endpoints, comparators, outcome measures, utility instruments, HEOR data) for payers, patients, and HCS stakeholders worldwide.
