Commercial Property Manager - Up to $115K + Super!

The Senior Commercial Property Manager will oversee a dedicated portfolio of commercial and retail assets, managing all aspects of performance, leasing, compliance, and stakeholder relationships. This autonomous role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency and enhancing business systems and processes.
The Role Take ownership of a diverse portfolio across metro, suburban & interstate assets. You’ll be the key decision-maker—managing everything from lease strategy to financial performance and client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage a mixed commercial & retail portfolio across multiple states

Lead the full lease lifecycle – renewals, negotiations & compliance

Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants & contractors

Oversee rent reviews, outgoings, arrears & financial performance

Prepare budgets, reconciliations & reporting
