An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Senior Associate to join a highly regarded and long-established Commercial Property team based in Birmingham.
This role is aimed at a UK-qualified solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE, who is looking to take the next step in their career as part of the firm’s long-term succession planning. The successful candidate will join a well-structured, supportive team with a strong reputation in the market and a high-quality, varied caseload.
The Role:
Managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, and investment work
Working closely with partners and senior colleagues within an established and collaborative team
Playing a key role in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continued success of the department
