This role offers exposure to a broad and varied mix of commercial property work, with the opportunity to build experience across areas such as leasing, acquisitions, subdivisions, and sale and purchase transactions involving both commercial and residential property. You will also gain involvement in related commercial arrangements including shareholder agreements, joint ventures, franchising, easements, and rent reviews, with scope to develop your expertise across the areas you are most interested in.
