Commercial real estate - deal sourcing and execution

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, deal-focused Commercial Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to lead the front end of our investment pipeline—sourcing, underwriting, and executing acquisitions across retail, medical, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
This is not a back-office role. You will be directly responsible for finding deals, building broker relationships, and pushing transactions to close in a fast-moving environment.
Ideal for someone who is genuinely deal hungry, understands real estate fundamentals deeply, and wants to be on the front lines of acquisitions.

Compensation

8-10 LPA + performance-based bonus tied to closed deals — structure to be discussed)
