This role is ideal for candidates with proven experience in the shopping center industry and a passion for collaborative problem-solving. This role is onsite in Philadelphia, 5 days per week. Must be local the Philadelphia area!
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage legal workflows independently, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
+ Draft and negotiate lease amendments and related documents to facilitate modifications or extensions.
+ Prepare, review, and negotiate various agreements including licenses, terminations, and assignments.
