Commercial & retail analytics lead

We are looking for a Commercial & Retail Analytics Lead to lead delivery, quality and enablement across PEP’s commercial and retail analytics portfolio.

This role supports Cellular, PAXI, PEPmoney and e Commerce analytics. The focus is to ensure that analysts deliver trusted, standardised and commercially relevant insights that support better business decision-making, improved performance visibility and stronger execution across key business areas.

This is a senior player-coach role, responsible for improving delivery quality, managing priorities, supporting data engineering delivery, coaching analysts, and building confidence in commercial and retail analytics.
