Job Description

            Apply Description PURPOSE:
Assist Service Technician to diagnose and repair defects in any roofing system with zero-defects and assure all customer needs are efficiently and effectively addressed.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Always maintain a SAFE work environment.
Adhere to Best Roofing Fundamentals.
Complete work as assigned by the Service Technician.
Understand product specification requirements.
Adhere to company processes and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
KEY RESULTS:
Properly investigate and solve all service requests with zero-defect workmanship.
Treat each customer respectfully; provide the BEST customer service possible. Direct customers to Service Technician to answer questions or address concerns.
Work well with your Service Technician and be willing and able to learn.
