Commercial Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• To meet and exceed budget and expansion targets for the ASSA ABLOY Project sales division.
• Identify, develop and maintain positive relationships with industry partners including, but not limited to, developers, main contractors, building material trading houses, door partners, and system integrators.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts through regular visits, following BCI leads, tracking market development, understanding market and partner needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities to grow the ASSA ABLOY market share.
• Provide, in collaboration with the specifications team, detailed and accurate specification/schedule consultancy, adhering to all pertinent building codes, standards and total requirements of ASSA ABLOY products as requested by clients.
