Commercial Strategy Development Associate

The Commercial Strategy Development Associate is responsible for supporting the development, update and communication of medium and long-term strategy plans of Customer Retail Services (CRS) organization. This includes conducting studies, analytics, and assessment on CRS challenges and providing recommendations to drive operational efficiency and drive sales business value.

General Responsibilities:

• Extracts, analyzes and documents insights about industry, competitive, customer and market trends from external scan and alignment with internal experts (e.g., Utility Economics, Marketing Intelligence)
• Assess the impact of trends and change drivers (e.g., qualitative impact of political/economic/social/technological trends) on the CRS organization and collaborate with stakeholders / enablers to help develop long-term strategy and medium-term plans of CRS based on overall corporate direction
