**Starting Pay: $75,000–$100,000 base + quarterly performance bonuses**
In this role, you will:
+ Manage **inventory, workflow, and service operations**
+ Own **P&L and financial performance**
+ Drive **sales growth and customer relationships**
+ Lead and develop a **skilled technician team**
+ Ideal for candidates from **diesel, heavy equipment, agriculture, or industrial service environments**
