Job Description
Administrative Clerk – Temporary Contract
Location: Montréal-Est, QC
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Temporary Contract (Approximately 5 Weeks with possibility of extension)
Compensation: $18.15/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Scan and organize paper documents accurately
- Perform data entry and maintain records in company systems
- Ensure files and documentation are updated and properly stored
- Support general administrative tasks as required
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of information
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous administrative or data entry experience considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- French language required (Spanish considered an asset)
