The Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree is nestled within the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, Singapore’s nature and wildlife destination that is home to renowned zoological parks – Bird Paradise, Night Safari, River Wonders, Singapore Zoo, and Rainforest Wild ASIA.

We are seeking passionate culinary professionals to join our team as our Commis Cooks 1 or 2.

As part of the team, the incumbents will help embed and strengthen our brand’s service & quality standards and establish the relevant protocols.

• The incumbent will assist the Executive Chef in preparation of ingredients for cooking, including portioning of food ingredients, chopping, and storing food before service.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes set by the Executive Chef using various kitchen utensils and equipment
• Wash and peel (if required) fresh fruits and vegetables to prepare them for cooking or consumption...
