Key Accountabilities
Prepare the required food items for the operation. 

Maintain work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.

Ensure the compliance of HACCP standards.

Prepare and plate and items according to the guidelines and procedures.

General Requirements
Enthusiastic about Chinese Cooking.

Basic knowledge of stocks and sauces in Chinese Cuisine. 

2 more years for Apprentice experience in 5-star hotels or equivalent restaurant establishments.
