Job Description

We are looking for a commission-only Sales Representative to generate pipeline, run the sales process, and close new customers. This is a performance-based role for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting and closing deals.


  • Prospect and generate leads (email/phone/LinkedIn, partners, referrals)

  • Qualify opportunities (needs, timeline, budget, decision process)

  • Run discovery calls and product demos (mostly remote)

  • Prepare quotes/proposals and close deals within agreed pricing/terms guardrails

  • Keep pipeline and activity tracking up to date (CRM or shared tracker)

  • Share customer feedback and competitive insights with the team
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (SaaS/tech experience is a plus)

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
