Job Description
Responsibilities
- Configure and commission GRMS Guest Room Management System and Lighting Control Systems
- Review shop drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and as‑built documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other MEP/ELV teams during project execution
- Perform system programming, testing, troubleshooting, and integration with third‑party systems
- Configure and integrate protocols such as KNX, DALI, Modbus, BACnet, and TCP/IP
- Conduct site surveys and ensure proper installation as per approved drawings and specifications
- Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and inspections
- Support commissioning activities and final handover documentation
- Diagnose and resolve system faults related to lighting control, GRMS dimming systems, sensors, and network communication
