Job Description
Penspen is urgently looking to hire Commissioning Manager(Offshore WHTs, Subsea Cable & Piping, B/Fs) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Qualification Required
- The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related).
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all commissioning activities for Offshore Wellhead Towers (WHTs), subsea cables, subsea piping systems, and associated brownfield/greenfield modifications
- Develop the Commissioning Execution Plan (CEP), commissioning philosophy, and system boundaries
- Prepare commissioning schedules, manpower plans, and resource requirements
- Lead commissioning of wellhead control panels, hydraulic systems, ESD/PSD systems, fire & gas systems, telecoms, and power distribution
